Well yes, as you’ve probably noticed… it’s been a little quiet up here of late…. but all with good reason of course…
Well where to start… ok… at the beginning I guess….
Well let’s rewind the diary a month ey…
Well the last month has been filled with travel…. Kerang in North West Victoria (yes where the truck crash was), Albury to a customer or two, and Apollo Bay with a special someone… all will be revealed later on.
Work has been very very busy and as such I’m about a month behind in invoicing which is never good. But in a way it’s made me look at a few processes and put somethings in place to improve them.
On the car front, well it’s been just under two months of the new car, and the clock is sitting just under 10,000k’s….. yes, you read it right! As I said, it’s been busy! And the arguments with Subaru about the car are just becoming a fucking nightmare! For those who I haven’t caught up with about this one… the car was delivered to be with a chip in the bonet, data dots on the paint work, the pre-delievery wax still all over the car, and white paint spattered on the front of the bumper bar…. so not a good start for Subaru… what they didn’t realise is that they really shouldnt fuck with me as I will take them to the cleaners over it….
So… a long story short… a lot of nasty email, phone calls, yelling matches, and all the other shit that goes along with it,… and it now looks like I am going to have to engage my solicitor to deal with it… not really what I needed… more expenses! Ahhhhh! Headaches!!!
Ok, moving right along…. to the title of the blog… yes, just a little bit preoccupied of late with the lovely wonderwoman I met, Nicole 
What else can I say except I am really really happy. It’s certainly something that has been missing in my life for a while now 
So last weekend for the long weekend, we headded down to the Apollo Bay for the weekend. Trekked down the Great Ocean Road and caught every camper van and slow driver along the way. Headed to the 11 and a half Apostiles on the Saturday afternoon and went to the most amazing restaurant on the Saturday evening (Bluffy’s??) Sunday saw us going for a drive through the Otways rainforest discovering the dirt tracks and seeing all that stuff you don’t see by taking the main roads. Discovered this amazing waterfall (Hopetoun Falls?) and managed to get some great photos of that, even if I did get a bit wet and dirty in the process 
Managed to hit one of the wineries in the region aswell and get some more plonk for the rack. I must say after all my wine acquisitions of late, the rack is looking very very very full! Time to have some people round for dinner and demolish some of the rack me thinks….
And Sunday night,….. well all I can say is Sticky Date Pudding!!!! Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum! That dessert was the bomb!
Monday a quiet drive home via the back roads through to Geelong and home.
So all in all a really good relaxing weekend which is just what we both needed considering the fast paced lives we lead.
Wow, this is a long one… I guess I’m making up for the last month…

What else is news….
Caught up with Tim last night after a very long day of work, and headed in to Crown for dinner, drinks and some piss talk which was really good to just relax and catch up. It’s scarey to think how busy you are when you catch up with people and go, shit, I haven’t seen you in…. geeze, I can’t even remember!
So that was a good night out. Today heading out with Nic to Werribee to a horse sale thing at the equestrian centre then picking up Carri & Ken from the airport tonight. Tomorrow not sure yet, might manage to get the bike out of the garage as it hasn’t been out in a few weeks.
Took Matt out on the bike a few weeks ago too, that was good Didn’t manage to loose any demerit points and money out of it this time which is always a good thing
Hrmm, well I think I have crapped on enough for this entry…. I promise I won’t leave it so long next time …. hehehe
